Our Story

Since 2006

Burrell’s C & C first began in 2006 as Burrell’s Catering with little more than a desire to cook and create food that people love. We expanded our menu options in 2014 and added cakes and other deserts that were in high demand from our clients. Chef Bryant Burrell, a veteran of the United States Marines and Michigan native, is the heart and soul of this family business. His passion for food and desire for enhanced flavors was sparked by his mother and grandmother. As a teenager, he was quickly promoted from busboy to sous-chef for places like Machus Sly Fox and Bakers Square. His vast experience and travel while in the military allow him not to be confined to a single genre of food.

Perhaps you have a more intimate setting in mind for that special person in your life. We’ll put together a full course meal for a party of two.
